Japanese text that was received per e-mail and then marked, is impossible to
copy and paste to another aplication, like nisus Writer or Appleworks, and
vice-versa. It worked with Netscape 4.7.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.mark the complete text of an e-mail
2.copy with COMMAND-C
3.Paste to Nisus Writer with COMMAND-V
4.Choosing of other character sets does not help.

Actual Results:  Strange characters are shown as if a wrong character set was used.

Expected Results:  The application should display the same characters as the
mail window
