The warnings from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1549847#c0 on iOS were fixed upstream last year, so upgrading our copy should improve things.

For the record, sqlite is only used in NSS so that we can build and test. Anyone using NSS should be linking to their own sqlite (we use the system one in many cases, Firefox links its own, etc...). So this doesn't need a whole lot of care. Just a try run for the purposes of a sanity check.

This is also causing breakage in ClusterFuzz, now: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=16368
