Per discussions today, the patches in bug 1548864 which enable simultaneous building of Fennec Nightly and Beta releases off the mozilla-beta repo aren't going to be reviewed and landed in time for Monday's 68b3 gtb.
Therefore, to avoid putting Fennec Beta 68b3 gtb at risk, we're going to land the Nightly mozconfig changes which would normally happen on merge day so we can build & ship per the planned schedule. We will then revert the patch when the stack in bug 1548864 is ready to land.
