From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530 BuildID: 2002053012 When an element is given a scrollbar using overflow:auto and you click onto the element to give it focus, and then use the arrow keys to try to scroll the element, it doesn't scroll. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on scrolled div 2. Press the down key Actual Results: No scrolling occurs. Expected Results: Scrolling should occur.
