One issue that comes up perennially in the user feedback is that people expect
the View > Text Zoom setting to persist, because it does in IE.  This issue has
been raised before, and the response is always "no, it's temporary -- if you
want permanence, use the Fonts preference panel."  But the Fonts panel is hard
to discover, very geeky, and clunky to use -- I have to keep closing and opening
the prefs dialog until I get the font size I want.  If users are expecting View
> Text Zoom to persist, then let's just make it persist.  It might help to test
user expectations of this in our next usability study.
