68 is affected as well. Since it is flagged as a startup crash, marking as P2.

The graph shows we had a spike around the time we released 67 as well. High correlation to Win 8 - (100.0% in signature vs 01.60% overall) platform_pretty_version = Windows 8. 739 crashes/216 installs so far on 68 release.
