[Prerequisites]

• Set the preference extensions.htmlaboutaddons.enabled to true and restart the browser

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Install any extension that requires permissions
2. Select Extensions from about:addons
3. In Manage Your Extensions, hover over the options menu button for the installed extension
4. Click on “More Options” button.
5. Click on the Permission tab

[Expected results]:

• The permissions list is displayed. Each permission has a "Learn more" link redirecting to a page containing more info regarding that permission

[Actual results]:

• The "Learn more" link is missing
