Details
It would be nice if when a window has multiple tabs open, to allow the user to
print the content in all tabs in that browser window with 1 click, without
switching to each tabs seperately and clicking print.

it would be ideal if we could do a "print all tabs" without wasting any paper,
ie without starting a new sheet for every tab, see also bug #188896
