This is a tracking bug for the myriad of print settings bugs. Not sure that they
are related except that they do not affect the actual printing, they only make
printing inconvenient.

Go ahead and add and subtract bugs from the dependency list.

Looking at the original blocking bugs, this bug was clearly about settings. So this bug probably should not expand to existing function which are just "broken" or output that is not correct - those bugs can stand on their own.  Indeed time might be better spent triaging the hundreds of print bugs than updating this meta. 

Having just looked at several blocking bugs and several that are not I'll make some observations:

* It's currently mostly old bugs. And it's not up to date.

* Should it include issues specific to print preview? (I'd suspect not)

* Should it include issues filed in "Print: Setup? (I'd suspect not)

* Perhaps it might be used to link bugs related to settings that dont' reside in Core+Printing: Output. Currently, the blocking bugs which are not in the Print: Output component are:
bug 137089 - Add an "Apply" button to page Setup
bug 249919 - Print Preview breaks because of page refresh or external program creating new tab in window
bug 172520 - Text Zoom font size default not remembered after Print Preview
bug 167459 - no printers => cancel => PrintSettings arg is null
bug 137014 - add "Print Frame" to frame flyout of browser context menu 

* Perhaps this bug could be used to help drive delivery of improved function, in a narrow, *focused* way. In other words, do more than simply list all the settings bugs that someone could easily pull up in a bug query (and I'm not suggesting it should), which is probably just a subset of 61 ENH bugs [1]

The above observations are for you to consider, as I the only changes I intend to make are removing two bugs that don't fit a criteria of improving settings:
* bug 521204 meta about split pages (which is pretty much or totally layout issues)
* Bug 516525 - Print and Print Preview work, but make the
text huge

We're not really using this bug for this purpose anymore. Let's close it out; it's not serving a useful purpose remaining open at this point.
