On Fenix, create a collection with 2 urls. Share -> Send to Device -> {desktop}

  • Nothing happens on Desktop until the next sync - ie, no push

  • Instead of 2 tabs, I get one tab with the 2 URLs concatenated - literally http://foo.com/barhttp://bar.com

  • The desktop sync logs don't appear to have any evidence of this incoming tab, which seems unfortunate, and meant I couldn't work out how much of this is desktop's fault or Fenix's - so I opened it here.

So I guess this is 3 bugs, but I'm not sure where they should live or exactly which of them this bug should track, if any :)

Vlad, is this actionable? Should it remain open, or can it just be closed because we know about these issues?

I don't think this is expected behaviour, desktop should get a push when tabs are sent to it.

I cannot repro any of these.

This seems to work properly now. :markh do you want to try this again to verify this is fixed?

This WFM \o/ - thanks! I did notice an issue with the desktop notifications (bug 1561473) but that's not directly related to this, so WFM!
