1555770 - Support different score levels for accessibility badges in the accessibility tree.

Right now we have a single icon for a11y badges - a triangle with "!" character.

We will support not just a11y failures but also warnings and best practices categories. We should update badge icons to be consistent with a11y panels (e.g. webconsole) the following way:

• red circle with an "!" for errors ( + possibly light red background for the badge itself)
• yellow triangle with an "!" for warnings ( + possibly light yellow background for the badge itself)
• currentColor circle with an "i" for best practices.
