In addition to contrast we are adding an audit/checks category for text alternatives (e.g. WCAG Guideline 1.1). This work includes:

  • adding text alternatives audit type and functionality to the accessible actor
  • adding infobar audit component for accessible highlighter
  • adding text alternatives section in the checks in the panel sidebar
  • adding the badge to the accessibility tree rows
  • adding the filter to the a11y panel checks toolbar
