Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have a site bookmarked with a tag included.
  2. Search for said bookmark/tag with '+' in Awesome Bar.

Actual results:

Nothing gets listed.

Expected results:

The bookmarked/tagged site should be shown in suggestions, like still happens e.g. with '*' bookmark search.

I suspect this is a duplicate of bug 1553067, we didn't uplift the fix to Beta yet, but it's in the plan.
