Given that Bugzilla is becoming a modern PWA, I think it’s time to drop the support for Firefox ESR so we can evolve steadily.

• Service workers remain disabled in Firefox 68 ESR, just like 45, 52 and 60 ESRs.
• We cannot use new platform features if we continue supporting ESR. Sometimes a polyfill is available, sometimes not.
• We don’t have any QA resource.
