the generic-worker wrapper in use is configured for gecko-t-win10-64-hw which runs an older version of gw.
on aarch64 workers where we run gw 14.1.1 we need a wrapper that removes the occ lock file before reboot.
currently this doesn't happen and results in machines that can't be updated with new software versions (as in bug 1557614)

not going to address until we replace the hardware.
