Enhancement against Mozilla 1.0...

When browsing offline,
It is often useful to be able to look up pages in your history.
If give direct visual feedback about the chache-status of a history entry, the
user can determine what pages are avaialable visually. No clicks are needed.

IE Implements this by rendering histroy entries slightly paler than normal
(greyed out?)

This is related to bug 155833 for the bookmarks.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
