please reassign as needed...
the menu item bookmarks > manage bookmarks > create new separator currently
doesn't do anything.
when, should this be moved and/or added as a button to the bookmarks sidebar,
like the new folder item?

This is dependent on bug 155974. We just don't have separators support
implemented at the moment. For now, I'll leave the menu item disabled.

I removed Add New Separator.
