Steps to reproduce:
0. To make it easy to reproduce, reduce browser window height

  1. Install several extensions
    e.g https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/feedbroreader/
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/styl-us/
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/to-google-translate/
  2. Open Addons Manager and Click on "Extensions" tab
  3. Scroll down a little
    --- Remember scroll position
  4. Click on a extensions tile to show more options
  5. Scroll to bottom
  6. Click on Go back icon
    --- observe, scroll position

Actual Results:
Scroll position is lost

Expected Results:
Scroll Position should be restored (i.e A scrolling position is in the step 3)
