choose a file to download.  I usually go to apple's website
www.apple.com/downloads/macosx

eg http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/macosxcomboupdate01678.html

start download and accidently quit the application (yeah I know I should not do
that) and download will stop .. NO WARNING ABOUT
ABOUT DOWNLOAD IN PROGRESS... Please do something about this

Expected Results:  warning -- with ability to cancel out
