Steps to reproduce:
Set extensions.systemAddon.update.enabled to false.
Actual results:
Update checks for system addons should not happen anymore - but also there is no way now to check manually for updates.
Expected results:
I'm concerned that fixed critical issues (security issues, data-loss, etc.) might not make it in time to the user (I guess only with the next direct update of Firefox) and thus if somebody disabled automatic system addon update checks they should be able to check for them manually.

Completely different issue about update interface of normal addons. Current one is about update logic of system addons.

Should not then extensions.systemAddon.update.enabled be hidden or completely removed?
