Fingerprinting blocking is currently set for Strict in Beta and Release. We are targeting to move this to Standard for all channels during the 70 cycle.

I don't think that this requires manual verification anymore from QA, due to the changes from bug 1581625. Removing the qe-verify+ flag.

If version 70 blocks by default fingerprinting then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop is wrong and must be updated.
