When you change the Japanese characters' attribute to Bold and Italic, you
cannot see the characters are Bold or Italic.
Steps of reproduce
1. Open the Editor by selecting Task|Editor
2. Turn on IME by Shift+Space
3. Type Japanese characters
4. Select the characters and click on Bold or Italic button
You cannot see the changes.
When you change to Underline, you can see the changes.
Using Kinput2 for IME.
Tested 10-01-M10 Lunix build.

Bold and italic Japanese fonts are rare on Unix systems. It may be possible to
fake bold and italic somehow, but I doubt this is a high priority. Accepting
the bug for now, but with late milestone. If someone has a good argument for
bumping up the priority, I'm all ears (and eyes).

This issue occurs on Windows NT 4.0. The prev comment is for Windows NT.

works fine when the system has italic and bold fonts.
