Firefox 68.0b13 on Windows 8.1

Tested with a local German build but an official French one should also do.

  1. Switch the "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled" pref in about:config to "true".
  2. Open a page.
  3. Bookmark it.
  4. Move the mouse over the "x" designed to close the hint about syncing bookmarks.

Actual result: No tooltip

Expected result: tooltip (cfr-doorhanger-bookmark-fxa-close-btn-tooltip.title)

Hi Sebastian, thanks for reporting this issue, however, this behavior is already tracked in Bug 1551881.
Considering the above I will close this issue as DUPLICATE.
