Hello Jason - Do you have L3 Commit access (we require that for vouching)? I see your webtree access bug, but I don't see anything beyond that. Apologies if I missed it.

Yes, I've had level 3 commit access for 10+ years. I don't remember if there was a Bugzilla bug about it or not.
