Steps to reproduce:

Customized the layout of the toolbar and the overflow menu. Synced my profile.

Actual results:

Logging into another computer or even if starting with a fresh install of Firefox on the same computer, Firefox does not remember the UI layout

Expected results:

Request to add a category in sync to backup the customization of the toolbar and also which items are in the overflow menu.

Thanks for filing and adding your use case! This will be fixed by bug 943182 under the hood, so I'll go ahead and dupe this bug over to that one. I said a bit more in bug 761938, but unfortunately we don't have a timeline for when we might add this.
