+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1562750 +++
In Thunderbird, when there's an error retrieving language packs (or probably also for all other errors), no icon is displayed. This is due to the fact that the icon chrome://browser/skin/identity-icon.svg is in browser, instead of in toolkit, so it cannot be referenced from other applications.
Please move this icon to toolkit/themes/shared/icons ( chrome://global/skin/icons/identity-icon.svg )
