Please change the ports to vlan 260 on the follow hosts in mdc1 and mdc2, respectively. This is a newly create vlan and network segment for releng. See: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1562289

inventory indicates the minis are attached to these switch ports:

I've moved the dns/dhcp in infoblox then verified all 4 hosts are on the tier3 network and accessible. Thanks Van!
