open apprunner. click the "channels" button on the toolbar. dismiss the popup by clicking in the "mozilla.org" banner. www.mozilla.org is reloaded. open the channels popup again, click on a link in the content are to dismiss it -- no load occurs and popup goes away normally.

When this bug gets fixed, as part of the verification, check out ftp. I just marked 22293 a dup of this bug. right clicking on an ftp like started downloading the document as well as showing the context menu.
