User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click "Reply all" on an email with multiple recipients.
  2. Change a recipient from CC to BCC, or BCC to CC.
  3. Try to click the dropdown selector for To/CC/BCC.

Actual results:

When the mouse hovers over the dropdown selector for To/CC/BCC, the selection box changes to an "X" "remove recipient" button, and the recipient is removed from the list.
Furthermore, there is no UNDO action for the removal of a recipient.

To see the chain of events leading up to the pressing of the "remove recipient" button, see screenshots here:

Expected results:

The dropdown selector for To/CC/BCC should have unfolded and let the user select one option from the list.

It should be made clear that this bug was brought to my attention by a Thunderbird user who did not understand why here recipients were disappearing. She is a skilled computer user, who mouses so fast that even I did not see the "remove recipient" button when she first demonstrated the issue to me.

This will be fixed in version 68, out in a couple months.
