Prefer win64 full installer on /installer-help/ when appropriate

Currently, when an user lands on https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/installer-help/?channel=release, they always get a win32 full installer, even if the stub installer finds their Windows OS to be compatible with win64 builds of Fx.
I understand the detection of win64 in that page is implemented but disabled, possibly as a result of the additional memory requirements of the win64 builds?
Maybe stub installer can pass along its detection result and make this happen?

It would be easy to do that on the installer side, but I think most of the work would be on the moz.org side to actually implement the feature, so I'll redirect this bug to them.

https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/issues/8635 - This appears to have been corrected. @Errolyn just tested with their Win64 bit build machine and found that the proper, expected Win64 bit build was provided.
I'm closing this as Fixed, but if, Hector, you could please verify it works for you, that would be ideal.
