Hey Alex, I just wanted to give a heads up that this is removing a bunch of UITour APIs for Firefox 70. You'll probably want to update the UITour documentation and also maybe make changes to the tour webpages to handle Firefox 70+. https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D37384?id=129950#change-snXodl5cwnP0 is a summary of the changes in JSDoc.

Thanks Matt, if this is safe to assume that as of Firefox 70 people will no longer be sent to this tour page, then I'd like to propose that we decommission the page sometime after 70.0 is released. We could likely redirect the URL to a SUMO article [1] for people using older versions of Firefox.

Does this sound like a reasonable approach to take?

I filed https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/issues/7424 to track decommissioning the tour pages after the Firefox 70 release.
