This test was disabled in bug 1525959 on GV. We should re-enable it.

Local testing indicates that helper_touch_action_regions.html is failing. Other GV-friendly tests fall back to looking for navigator:geckoview if navigator:browser isn't found, but this test does not. Updating that seems to make it pass locally.
