Steps to reproduce:

Manual configuration is usually needed for domains using G-suite. However, it does not allow the user to select Oauth2 for any protocol (IMAP/POP3/SMTP). User must configure it in two steps - at first use plain password then switch to Oauth2.

Moreover, bug1174505 disabled Oauth2 completely for POP3 protocol.
However, now it's supported:
