seen on commercial trunk builds:
windows 2002-07-10-04-trunk
linux 2002-07-10-04-trunk
mac os9 2002-07-10-03-trunk
-open a mail compose window with html on(if you can manage to wait through bug
149952)
-type some text then highlight it
-select the color picker and choose a color
once the color picker dialog is okay'd the text should be the chosen color. but
the text color is not changed....it is still the default black.

This happens in the HTML mail compose window only trunk only, Composer is OK,
Probably same as bug 156927.
