We have many "none" reports for NETWORK_ID2 probe and we think we fail to get network id when firefox is offline. We need to update the probe to verify our theory.

I don't think we really need to do this change when we have now probe NETWORK_ID_ONLINE which was added in bug 1580130. Valentin, what do you think?
