Short URL stopped working recently in Nightly.
Workaround exists by C&P to bit.ly but we should get this looked at.

I can reproduce the issue on the Release channel as well. When you select a type from the dropdown list, it works. This is apparently due to an async function introduced in Bug 1380437. Fix coming shortly.
