This was mentioned during engineering review of the new FxA toolbar menu[1]. Currently, in the proposed UX designs for the toolbar [2], the menu will show an interstitial panel when clicked.

The interstitial has two states, when no user is logged in it shows the button:

  • Launch %Service%

When user is logged in it shows

  • Continue as %email%

Does it make sense to continue to use this interstitial for a logged in user or should the user be taken directly to the product page?
