1568928 - "Remember values as bookmarkable template" drops bug description

If I do a "remember values as bookmarkable template", anything in the description gets dropped when I use it to create a new bug.

For example, this should create a bug in Socorro::General with summary "test summary" and description "test description":

Everything works fine, except the description field in the resulting bug is blank.

Pretty sure I used this successfully a couple of weeks ago. I don't know when it stopped working.
