I am surprised to see New Folder and New Separator buttons in the bookmark manager but New Bookmark is only accessible from a submenu. I could find no prefs panes or way to customize the toolbar for the Bookmark manager

I agree, the toolbar is a horrible distraction because it contains practically all the useful relevant functions in the menus, and all the other "new" functions except for the one I most commonly use. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 68538 ***
