Click on a string, move to the next one using the keyboard (shift+arrow down).
Move down a second time and you'll get the notification, even on a read-only string in my case.

To reproduce:
- Go to https://pontoon.mozilla.org/translate/sl/firefox/all-resources/?string=192265.
- Press Alt + Up.
- Press Alt + Down.
Alternativelly, one can also use mouse to switch between strings.
It seems like the problem only occurs when switching between Fluent and non-Fluent strings. Could be related to bug 1566869.
