1570775 - Remove references to macosx1010 in manifests and configuration files

With the last of test suites that ran on macosx1010 migrated over to run on macosx1014, it is time to remove all of the references to macosx1010 in:

• manifests
• yml config files
• harnesses

Please revert the treeherder change because

1. it removed the labels which are still needed for the pushes from the last 4 months
2. 10.10 is still used, even on trunk: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&group_state=expanded&resultStatus=success%2Cusercancel%2Cretry%2Csuperseded%2Ctestfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception&searchStr=10.10&revision=05e14a19a92c4cfd5510c261491f4216073761d4 (and also on non-trunk trees and branches)

I will look into it, not sure if the treeherder team would prefer a git revert or push a new patch with the contents of the old file. I've left a comment on the PR stating as such.

Backed out the changes on Treeherder from GitHub.

Will remove the references when macosx1010 is completely gone.

Reopening since the previous patch was backed out, but now that we don't have any macosx1010 it should be okay to proceed.
