User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Installing TB 60.8.0, 32-bit (update), OS Win10 Edu, 64-bit

Actual results:

I'm writing a message. I send using Polish characters. There are visible Polish fonts in the message in Sent folder. When receiving messages, you cannot see Polish characters. This can be seen in the folder with received emails (for example - the same message), but it is also reported by other people to whom emails are sent (they cannot see right characters). In the Edit menu, additional text encoding is ISO-8859-2. In options - display - advanced - characters are Latin, for outgoing Unicode UTF-8, for incoming mail ISO-8859-2 (change to Unicode UTF-8 does not change anything; I tried and checked it).

Expected results:

Should be right characters - coding for Central European characters .

In addition, a polite request - a data file for the purpose of solving the problem (without publication). Thank you! Regards. Piotr
