STR:
- Use the dark theme.
- Open the protection panel.
- Hover the last line ("Show Full Report").
Actual Results: the number of trackers blocked becomes invisible.
Expected Results: it must remain visible.

Thanks for the report, we'll take a look. Seems like a Linux-specific issue. Arguably this is getting the wrong hover state on Linux, too.

This patch adds some missing rules for showing the proper hover state in Linux.

Following the STR from the first comment, I managed to reproduce the issue on nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-09).
I can confirm that the issue is fixed in 70.0b6.
