User Story

- The permissions manager should also show the scheme as in the cookies website 
- The input field should accept a full uri with scheme. Currently https is hardcoded in some places.
- Pressing Enter on the cookies website tab closes the tab and/or the navigator browser.
- The Ok and Cancel buttones should probably be removed and any actions against the permissions panel done immediately as in the cookie website panel.

There are still a few problems left in the standalone permissions manger dialog.

If you remove and add items a few times and press ok not all additons will be done.
After pressing Ok or Cancel the tree will not always retain the previous sorting.

Sorting is being fixed in Bug 1572129. The permissions manager should also show the scheme as in the cookies website and the input field should accept a full uri. with scheme. Currently https is hardcoded in some places.
