1573641 - Simplify test_ssl_status_after_restart.py

Description

After my conversation with Johann earlier today we can simplify this test as following:

• has to remain as Marionette test due to restart requirement
• can be simplified to just check for the icon on the left side of the navigation bar for the status
• remove support for firefox-puppeteer
• remove checks for EV certificates

Johann, do you remember what specifically we wanted to test for the identity icon here? Was it just that it is visible, or even some properties / attributes?

That it's the same as before? :)

i.e. if it's still marked as secure, the #identity-box element should have the class .verifiedDomain. It should also have the attribute pageproxystate="valid"
