The back button on layout debugger is unclickable after going to about:config

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open layout debugger
  2. Open an arbitrary web site in the url bar like www.mozilla.org
  3. Open about:config in the url bar

Expected results:
The "back" button should be clickable, and go back to www.mozilla.org.

Actual result:
The "back" button is unusable.

I wonder if that's because I remove the <browser> element and re-insert it again. Maybe that loses the session history or something?
