The in-product link in about:prefs > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Custom > "Heads up" note has an in-product link in the wrong format and it leads to a page not found error on SUMO: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/content-blocking?as=u&utm_source=inproduct#w_turn-content-blocking-off-on-individual-sites.
It should be https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/%VERSION%/%OS%/%LOCALE%/turn-off-etp-desktop

(In reply to Joni Savage ("need info" me) from comment #0)

When will the URL go live?
JFYI: Maxx will fix this.

It looks like the proper link is getting set here. However, once clicked, the URL redirects do that dead SUMO page. This bug will need to be closed/re-assigned to the SUMO team to fix their redirect.
To verify, copy the link from the "Learn How" button (right-click and select "Copy Link Location") in the Heads Up! section. It should be the versioned URL: https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/71.0a1/Darwin/en-US/enhanced-tracking-protection (This is my output, which includes my version/OS/lanuage info)

The link is redirecting properly now. I'll close the bug.

Was this fixed in SUMO and there's nothing to land in-tree?
This was fixed in SUMO so there's nothing to land (the link in-product should just redirect.)
