Since we don't track what login was selected prior to entering the create view, it seemed simplest to reset the filter upon canceling when logins are stored. This has the effect of selecting the first login in the list.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 70.0a1 (2019-08-29) (64-bit) on Windows 7 x64, MacOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04.
- The "Cancel" button is no longer available on "Create New Login" form if 0 logins are saved.
- The "Login List" is reset and the first saved login is selected after canceling the "Create New Login" form while a filter is applied and no results are returned.
