User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:70.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/70.0

Steps to reproduce:

I want to use alternative search engines in the address bar.

Actual results:

The alternative search engines do not show, or are cut off, because they are preceeeded by a long text saying "This time, search with:". This text didn't exist prior to Firefox 70. It takes up valuable space, which could've been used to display actual alternative search engines. Also, please consider that "This time, search with:" may be even longer when translated in a more verbose language, such as French. (See screenshot.)

Expected results:

The space should belong to alternative search engines, and not to this (frankly useless) text.

Component: Untriaged → Address Bar
Summary: Please remove "This time, search with:" → Please remove the long text saying "This time, search with:"

forwarding to Verdi for UX consideration.

Besides the length of the text label, the biggest issue I raise in my bug report is that the alternative search engines are cut off, and someone has submitted (2 days after me) a bug report, which has gained much more traction:

"Improper search engines overflow inside the address bar dropdown"
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1577181

Since the two bugs reports are somewhat related, I'm putting mine as DUPLICATE...
