User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Find an image (jpg, gif, png, bmp, etc)
2.) Open image to its own separate tab
3.) Click and drag the image from the tab onto the desktop

Actual results:

In the current version (68.04), the cursor would turn into a No Symbol and would not save the file.

Expected results:

In Version 67.04, the image would save onto the desktop.
